Admission Requirements for Applicants from Morocco
Vilnius College of Design welcomes applications from Morocco. Please read the requirements below carefully before applying. Applications that do not meet all of the minimum requirements will not be considered.
- Our Study Programmes
Vilnius College of Design offers 8 technology programmes and 5 design programmes only. See all study programmes
We do not offer business programmes.
If you are looking to study business, management, marketing or a similar field, our college is not the right fit for you. - Technology Programmes
To apply for any of our technology programmes, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Completed Moroccan Baccalauréat (Attestation du Baccalauréat) in one of the following streams: Sciences Mathématiques (A or B), Sciences Physiques et Chimiques, Sciences de la Vie et de la Terre, Sciences et Technologies Électriques, or Sciences et Technologies Mécaniques.
- Minimum overall Baccalauréat average (moyenne générale) of 12 (out of 20).
- Mathematics in the national examination (examen national): at least 12 out of 20.
Only the national examination grade in Mathematics is considered. Continuous assessment (contrôle continu) and regional examination (examen régional) grades do not count towards the Mathematics requirement.
Holders of a Baccalauréat from a technical stream (Sciences et Technologies Électriques or Mécaniques) are eligible for technology programmes related to their stream. Applicants from the Economics and Management, Letters, Humanities, other non-scientific streams or vocational (professional) Baccalauréat streams are not eligible for technology programmes, regardless of their grades.
IT aptitude test and motivational interview.
All applicants to our technology programmes also take the Vilnius College of Design IT aptitude test and a motivational interview. The test is taken online and consists of multiple-choice questions. It does not assess knowledge of IT or programming, and no prior IT studies are required: it assesses logical thinking, problem-solving, pattern recognition and attention to detail. Questions include number and pattern sequences, simple logic and word problems, basic calculations (for example, fractions and percentages), directions, coordinates and clock angles, and visual and spatial reasoning (for example, shapes and cube nets). The questions are based on general logic and school-level mathematics, so no special preparation is required. - Design Programmes
Admission to design programmes requires a portfolio.
Each application is evaluated individually, based on the portfolio and the criteria described under “Admission requirements” under each of your chosen programs,
