VCD Open Lecture: Visvaldas Morkevičius

On May 14, we invite you to a meeting with artist Visvaldas Morkevičius.

Working within an expanded field of image-making, he combines photography with installation, video art, CGI, and sculptural methods. In his experimental practice, he uses various media as tools for inquiry.

Visvaldas’s work explores how communication systems and technological mediation shape perception, relationships, and structures of power. In his projects, he connects personal experience with social and political contexts, examining themes of isolation, control, body politics, and techno-feudalism.
