Mantas Sviklas is a specialist in business process automation and RPA whose strength lies in connecting technology with the everyday reality of organisations. In the RPA context, the focus is not the robot itself, but the process: how work moves through a team, where time is lost, errors occur or tasks are duplicated, and how automation can help the system operate more clearly, faster and more reliably.
In the Business Process Automation programme, RPA is approached as a practical way to redesign repetitive work. Students analyse processes, model workflows, assess automation potential, build software robots, connect systems and learn to measure the impact of automation in an organisation.
Under Mantas’s leadership, the RPA direction develops specialists who can act as a bridge between business and IT. The focus is not only on the technical solution, but also on understanding users, process logic, the impact of change and the way automation frees people from routine tasks so they can focus on more meaningful work.
