Please note: there are currently no available places for KA171 mobility (staff from partner countries outside the EU and countries associated to Erasmus+).
How to apply
Send your application to erasmus@vcd.lt at least 2 months before your planned visit. For the International Week, write as early as possible, because places for workshops are limited.
What to send
- CV
- Portfolio, or links to your work or projects
- Proposed programme: what you would like to do at VCD (topic and format of your lecture or workshop, or the area you want to learn about), which study programme it suits, the number of hours and your preferred dates
Next steps
- VCD reviews your proposal and confirms the dates and programme with you.
- You, your home institution and VCD sign the Mobility Agreement (teaching or training).
- You arrange your travel, accommodation and insurance. Your home institution pays your Erasmus+ grant.
- During the visit, VCD staff are your contact for the timetable, rooms and equipment. Tell us in advance what you need for your workshop (materials, software, room setup).
- At the end, VCD signs your Certificate of Attendance, which confirms the dates and activities. If your home institution has no form, VCD will issue one.
- After the visit, you complete the EU participant report, which is sent to you by email.
