Opportunities for Researchers
VCD welcomes researchers interested in developing applied research and international innovation projects. We offer flexible ways to engage, from early idea development and proposal preparation to project implementation, institutional support, and longer-term academic collaboration. Researchers may join through their home institution or engage individually, depending on the chosen collaboration format.
Collaboration Model
Idea Development and Early Concept Refinement
We support researchers in refining research directions, shaping project ideas, and assessing their potential within national and international funding calls. Early-stage collaboration can be developed through flexible formats tailored to specific needs.
Proposal Development and International Project Preparation
We contribute to project design, methodology development, partner search, consortium building, and proposal writing. Particular attention is given to international research and innovation funding programmes.
Project Implementation and Institutional Support
Once a project is funded, the VCD team can provide administrative, organizational, and project management support, enabling researchers to focus on scientific work, experimentation, and the development of results.
Flexible Engagement Pathways
Researchers may collaborate with VCD either while representing their own organization or by engaging individually under an agreed collaboration format. In the case of long-term initiatives and funded projects, broader academic and project-based involvement may also be developed.
